Network Support Engineer

Experience: 3 – 6 years

Tech Stack: Cisco, FortiGate, VPN, LAN/WAN, Firewall, Monitoring Tools

Detailed Job Description (JD):

We are seeking a skilled Network Support Engineer to manage and maintain LAN/WAN and 

VPN connectivity for MeghRaj/hybrid cloud environments. The ideal candidate will have handson experience in network administration, security, and performance optimization, ensuring 

reliable and secure communication across systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure, monitor, and maintain LAN/WAN networks to ensure high availability and 

performance.

• Manage VPN connections and hybrid cloud connectivity for secure remote access.

• Implement and monitor firewalls, network security policies, and access controls.

• Troubleshoot network issues, identify root causes, and implement timely resolutions.

• Collaborate with cloud, DevOps, and IT teams to ensure seamless network integration with 

applications and services.

• Monitor network performance using network monitoring tools and optimize configurations 

as needed.

• Ensure compliance with network security standards, best practices, and disaster recovery 

procedures.

• Maintain documentation of network configurations, policies, and processes for knowledge 

sharing and auditing.

Additional Skills:

• Strong knowledge of Cisco networking, FortiGate firewalls, and VPN technologies.

• Experience with network monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.

• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.

• Hindi-speaking ability will be considered an added advantage for coordination with field 

teams and stakeholders.

Educational Qualification:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field 

(mandatory)
