Network Support Engineer

Dear Candidate we have an urgent requirement for Network Support Engineer for our own Organization based out Gurgaon

• Maintenance and monitoring: Oversee and maintain computer networks, including local area networks (LANs), wide area networks (WANs), routers, switches, and firewalls to maximize performance and minimize downtime.
• Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues to ensure reliability and availability.
• Configuration and installation: Install, configure, and upgrade network equipment, software, and security protocols.
• Security: Implement and maintain network security protocols, firewalls, and access controls to protect data and systems.
• Support and training: Provide technical support to end users and train staff on new systems and procedures.
• Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of network configurations, changes, and procedures.
• Performance analysis: Analyze network performance data and recommend improvements or upgrades.
