Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Hands-on experience in
network troubleshooting, monitoring, and support
Strong knowledge of
TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, LAN/WAN, VLAN, VPN
Experience with
firewalls, routers, switches, load balancers, and network security
Knowledge of
network monitoring tools (SolarWinds, Nagios, PRTG)
Basic
network automation and scripting (Python, Shell, Ansible)
Familiarity with
cloud networking concepts (AWS, Azure, GCP)

Monitor and maintain
network devices, connectivity, and performance
Troubleshoot and resolve
network incidents and outages
Perform
network upgrades, patches, and configuration changes
Collaborate with
security and IT teams
for compliance and audits
Maintain
network documentation, diagrams, and incident reports
Support
end-user and business-critical network issues
Certifications such as
CCNA, CCNP, CompTIA Network+, JNCIA
Experience in
SD-WAN, cloud network troubleshooting, and VPN management
Exposure to
network performance optimization and capacity planning
