Job Description

We’re Hiring – Network Support Engineer

Location: Kolkata
Working Days: 6 Days/WeekImmediate Joiners Preferred

Responsibilities:

Proactive monitoring of network devices like routers, switches & links.
Perform normal startup and shutdown of routers, switches, and modems.
Track existing IOS & patch installation in coordination with AMC vendors.
Build and configure redundant links/equipment (switches & routers) to minimize downtime.
Configure new authentication using Cisco Secure ACS (TACACS).
Monitor router CPU usage, memory usage, bandwidth, and packet errors/drops.
Follow up on unresolved incidents with end users, vendors, or onsite engineers.
Escalate unresolved incidents to L2 engineers.
Perform router, switch, and modem reconfiguration.
Coordinate with vendors to ensure WAN uptime.
