Primary Skill (Technical Skill): Cisco Routing, Switching & Wireless

Secondary Skill (optional): Juniper Routing & Switching, Cisco VPN

Roles & Responsibilities

Experience in Implementation of all Network platforms WAN/LAN/WI-FI

Excellent Knowledge and troubleshooting skill on the below technologies:

Routing protocols - BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, ISIS etc.

LAN Technologies: VLAN

Wi-Fi: Predictive survey, AP design, AP onboarding into WLC

Aruba ClearPass and Cisco ISE

Riverbed

Prepare high quality of SOP/MOPS documents.

Solid understanding of network operating systems (JUNOS and Cisco IOS)

Provide Level 2 support and troubleshooting to resolve issues. (This includes diagnosing network problems, analyzing network logs, and implementing solutions to resolve network issues)

Assist in network design and implementation.

Update knowledge base with known errors.

Flexible to work in 24x7 Shifts.

Sharp troubleshooting skills. Ability to work independently.

Work within established configuration and change Management policies.

Troubleshoot issues with Network Deployment.

Performing network maintenance and system upgrades including service packs, patches hot fixes and security configurations

Primary Skill (Must to Have)

Switches – Cisco C4500, C9400, C6800,6500 Series. Cisco 2600, 3500, 3600, 3700, 3800, 9200,9300 and Juniper switches

Routers - Cisco 1900, 2900,8300 & 8500 series, Juniper SRX 300,320,340,345 series

Wireless – Cisco 5500 and 9800 series controller, Aruba 7000 series Controller

Tools -Cisco Prime, Aruba ClearPass SolarWinds, GPS
