Mandatory Skills:

Specialized in supporting Enterprise Architecture with multiple security products.
· Provide tier-3 (expert level) operational support for Firewalls, Proxies, IDS/IPS, NAC to resolve critical business issues that require deep network troubleshooting techniques and performance analysis.
· Independently own the Security Infrastructure support solving complex issues and suggest design modifications as appropriate.
· Ability to perform TCP/IP Network traces/packet captures with solid experience interpreting results.
· Experience with technologies such as: Palo Alto Threat Protection/ Cisco Firepower/Checkpoint, IPS/IDS, Zscaler.
· Extensive support of Routing Protocols/Technologies such BGP, OSPF, Logical Overlay, IOS-XR, MPLS VPN, Multicast.
· Working knowledge of areas including LAN, WAN, Cisco ACI, Cisco Nexus, Cisco Catalyst Switches and routers.
· Working knowledge on L2/L3 protocols (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, Static Route, HSRP, VLAN, Port-channel), SDWAN technology.
· Having ability to understand the core of security and able to handle escalations.
· Worked on configuring, managing and supporting Checkpoint Gateways.
· Worked on firewall migrations in environment.
· Working on the project of DDoS, VPN and GTM code upgrade project, doing couple of them every week.
Configuration, Management & Monitoring of Cloud Firewalls.
· Should be capable of handling escalated calls from L2 team.
· Should be familiar with NOC process (working on ITSM / ticket updating while troubleshooting).
· Can effectively Handel P1 cases and escalate the issue to the right stake holder.
· Should be capable of designing network architecture.
· Understanding of Enterprise level of Network Operations.
· 5+ yrs. Experience in networking.
· Certification in CCNP/CCIE Security or equivalent.
