Job Description

Job Title:

Location :Jamnagar.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, implement, and support
LAN, WAN, WLAN, and SD-WAN
infrastructure.
Provide network and security operations support, including
routing, switching, and firewall management
.
Act as the
subject matter expert and final escalation point
for critical network issues.
Assist in design, implementation, and troubleshooting of
routing, switching, and firewall infrastructure
in customer environments.
Maintain up-to-date
network documentation
including topology diagrams, asset records, and SOPs.
Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues proactively.
Act as a
point of contact for the NOC team
during shift hours and escalate to concerned stakeholders as required.
Design, configure, and support
firewalls, site-to-site VPNs, and remote-access VPNs
.
Conduct research on emerging
network products, services, protocols, and standards
to remain updated.

Required Skills & Experience:

Proven experience with
network capacity planning, network security principles, and best practices
in network management.
Hands-on experience in an
NOC environment
with customer handling from initial contact to escalation.
Strong knowledge of
routing and switching protocols
: OSPF, BGP, MPLS, IS-IS.
Good understanding of
TCP/IP and related protocols
: DHCP, DNS, CDP, ARP, etc.
Hands-on experience with
Cisco IOS/IOS-XR
and
Juniper Junos
.
Expertise in
core routing and switching design principles
and deployment of
LANs, WANs, and wireless networks
.
Experience in designing, implementing, and supporting
firewalls and VPN solutions
.
Familiarity with
TACACS, trunking, and network architecture design
.

Shift Requirements:

Willingness to work in
morning or evening shifts
as per business needs.
