Basic knowledge of: Windows OS & MS Office troubleshooting. Linux/Ubuntu OS installation, updates, package management, and basic troubleshooting. Hardware troubleshooting (PCs, laptops, printers). Firewall concepts (rules, port blocking, access issues). Network devices (basic configuration of switches, routers, Wi-Fi access points). Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
