Network L3 Lead/Manager Location: CBD Belapur Type: Full-Time | 6 Days Onsite Budget: Up to 20 LPA Job Summary: The Network L3 Lead will serve as the technical authority for network infrastructure, ensuring high availability, security, and compliance. This role combines advanced troubleshooting and design expertise with strong operational governance and stakeholder coordination. Key Responsibilities: • Act as SME for advanced networking (Routing, Switching, SD-WAN, ACI, Firewalls). • Troubleshoot and resolve L3-level incidents; guide L2 teams for closure. • Prepare RCA and coordinate with vendors/telecom providers for resolution. • Maintain and update network architecture diagrams (MS Visio) and SOPs. • Ensure compliance with SBI Lifes audit and security standards; close audit findings within defined timelines. • Manage shift schedules, resource handovers, and additional staffing during peak periods (month-end, year-end). • Generate and review daily/monthly MIS reports; monitor team performance. • Liaise with internal stakeholders and external service providers for escalations. • Drive continuous improvement and establish standard IT service operation frameworks. Required Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in IT or equivalent experience. • 8+ years in network engineering; 3+ years in L3/lead role. • Certifications: CCNP/CCIE or equivalent. • Expertise in SD-WAN, ACI, Routing & Switching, and troubleshooting complex issues. • Strong communication skills for stakeholder management and escalation handling. Preferred Skills: • Familiarity with network automation (Python, Ansible) and cloud networking (AWS/Azure). • Experience with monitoring tools and compliance frameworks.
