Network Engineer is needed to perform the following duties: : Take ownership of tickets and troubleshoot routing, switching, and firewall-related incidents. Configure and maintain OSPF and EIGRP routing across multiple sites, ensuring route optimization and redundancy. Perform VLAN segmentation and implement trunking and EtherChannel to optimize switch topology and reduce broadcast domains. Configure and audit ACLs, NAT rules, and IPsec VPN tunnels to enforce security policies and inter-network connectivity. Use Ansible playbooks to automate deployment of switch configurations and port provisioning, reducing manual errors. Monitor and analyze network performance using SNMP, NetFlow, and Syslog via SolarWinds. Perform IOS upgrades and patching on routers and switches, following structured MOPs and rollback plans. Build and maintain Visio-based network diagrams, MOPs, and documentation for operational readiness and audit purposes. Assist in network change planning, risk assessment, and execution during approved maintenance windows. Conduct post-implementation reviews and traffic validation using tools like Wireshark and Python-based automation scripts. Collaborate with the infrastructure team to support growth projects, segmentation redesigns, and capacity planning. Bachelor's Degree required in Computer Science or Computer Networking or Information Technology or Information Systems. .
