Job Title: NetSuite Functional Consultant (Only for Maharashtra Based Candidate)

Location: Hinjewadi Phase 1, Pune
Experience: 2 to 4 Years
Preference: Pune-based candidates

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled NetSuite Functional Consultant to lead and support NetSuite ERP implementations. The role involves requirement gathering, solution design, system configuration, user training, and UAT support. The ideal candidate should have strong functional expertise across NetSuite modules and the ability to work closely with clients and internal teams.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Own and deliver functional NetSuite solutions aligned with business requirements
• Gather, analyze, and document client requirements and business processes
• Lead and support end-to-end NetSuite implementations (minimum 5 preferred)
• Configure NetSuite setups including Customers, Vendors, Items, and Chart of Accounts
• Strong functional experience in:
• Order to Cash (O2C)
• Procure to Pay (P2P)
• Accounting & Bank Reconciliation
• Advanced Revenue Management
• Fixed Assets
• Intercompany Management
• Perform Form Customizations, Field Creation, Custom Records, Workflows, CSV Imports
• Create and manage Saved Searches and Report Customizations
• Test and deploy NetSuite configurations and enhancements based on changing business needs
• Prepare Functional Design Documents (FDD), User Manuals, and Business Process Documentation
• Conduct client training sessions and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Collaborate closely with customers, partners, and internal teams to design effective solutions
• Actively contribute to key-user training and knowledge transfer
• Demonstrate strong analytical, problem-solving, and teamwork skills

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 2–4 years of hands-on experience as a NetSuite Functional Consultant
• Strong NetSuite functional configuration experience
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in client-facing roles is a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
