Designation: Senior Executive - Netsuite

Position Description:

Primary Responsibilities:

• Hands-on experience in the NetSuiteCloud environment.
• Identify, evaluate and understand requirements to help with NetSuite set-up, configuration and customisation.
• User creation, Manager roles, and the left user's account deactivation.
• Designed, developed, and tested enhancements in alignment with the business process requirements.
• Coordinating and helping in rolling out new system capabilities, managing configurations and service requests.
• Document interactions with users, requirements and concerns.
• Ability to migrate data, perform updates and merge data without compromising data integrity.
• Perform and present Gap analysis.
• Prepare business process documents and functional specs for customisation.
• Provide ongoing technical guidance and hands-on training to end-users.
• Update forms, add custom fields, create dashboards and set up saved searches.
• Functional testing of business scenarios and designed test cases.
• Create documentation, including IT and lay/user-level documentation.
• Train new resources, managing their alignment with the team.
• Coordinate with NetSuite support on issues that cannot be resolved internally.
• Document existing or new customisations and workflows.
• Advice on how to leverage out-of-the-box NetSuite solutions, as well as when to customize.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders regarding project status and delivery timeframes.
• Resolved functional issues, month-end issues, and reconciliations, managed configurations in Oracle NetSuite, and coordinate with internal technical team members and Oracle support application support.
• Well-versed with SuiteBuilder, SuiteFlow & SuiteAnalytics, SuiteTalk and SuiteScripts.
• Work with the functional consulting team to deliver NetSuite solutions, including customisation, scripting, integrations & support case resolutions.
• Code debugging & troubleshooting in a practical direction.
• Hands-on experience on NetSuite Integration with 3rd party applications.

Required Skills:

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or Accounting
• At least 2-4 years of IT experience as BA or Implementation Consultant with at least 1+ years of NetSuite experience. NetSuite certification is a plus.
• Detailed understanding of common business practices related to Accounting, Sales Operations, and Order-to-Cash (including billing, revenue management, subscription, purchasing, etc.).
• Experience with areas covering ERP (GL, Financials, Banking, Payables, and Receivables), CRM (Life cycle from Opportunity to order), Electronic Funds Transactions, Fixed Asset, etc.
• Previous experience in fit-gap analysis, application design, modification, training, testing, and support is desired.
• Ability to extend NetSuite by utilising SuiteApps.
• Knowledge of SuiteTalk, SuiteScript, SuiteAnalytics, and SuiteFlow.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and project management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret user requirements.
• Comfortable in leading discussions and solutions around integrations of peripheral applications with NetSuite.
• NetSuite Foundation certification is a plus.
• SuiteCloud Developer I certification is a plus.
• NetSuite development experience using SuiteScript 2.0, including but not limited to client Scripts, User event Scripts, Map/Reduce Scripts and SuiteLets.
• Should have critical thinking, design, coding & debugging skills.
• Should have NetSuite overall functions/modules.
• Should be able to do their own research to find out the best possible solution for any given requirement.
• Should have a sense of ownership and possess teamwork skills.
• Possess documentation skills in MS Word, Excel, and Google Sheet
