Job Description

We are seeking a talented and motivated System Engineer to join our dynamic team and contribute to the development of cutting-edge EV technologies. Job Description: System Engineer Responsibilities: · Requirement gathering and analysis from Market / Customer . · Perform vehicle-level and sub-system-level calculations (torque, power, efficiency, thermal, etc.) for system sizing and optimization. · Derive & Define system-level requirements specifications and architecture for the EV Power train ( Specific Drive Control) · Design, develop, and optimize electrical and electronic systems for electric vehicles in collaboration with cross function team. · Conduct system-level analysis and simulations to ensure performance, reliability, and safety. · Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate automotive engineering principles into EV systems. · Support the development and implementation of new features and improvements in EV systems. · Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system specifications and test plans. · Perform troubleshooting and root cause analysis for system issues. · Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in EV technology. · Ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations. Basic Qualifications: · Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or Automotive Engineering. · Master's degree (MTech) in a related field. · Strong understanding of electrical and electronic systems in automotive applications. · Experience with system-level design and analysis. · Strong understanding of EV Powertrain components: Motor Controllers, Electric Motors (BLDC, PMSM), Gearboxes, and system-level energy flow. · Proficiency in simulation and modelling tools (e.g., MATLAB, Simulink).and requirement management tools. · Knowledge of communication protocols (CAN, LIN) and diagnostic methods (UDS, OBD). · Knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to electric vehicles. · Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. · Strong communication and teamwork abilities. Preferred Qualifications: · Experience in the EV industry or related automotive sectors. · Familiarity with battery management systems and power electronics. · Knowledge of embedded systems and software development. · Experience with automotive safety standards (e.g., ISO 26262).
