Job Title: CAE Analyst Experience: 3 to 5 Years Location: Hyderabad (Willing to work in shifts) Employment Type: Full-time Job Description: We are seeking a CAE Analyst with 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in structural and thermal simulations for automotive, aerospace, or industrial applications. The role involves working with advanced FEA tools and supporting product development through accurate and timely analysis. Key Responsibilities: Conduct linear, non-linear, thermal, and modal analysis using FEA tools Create high-quality finite element models using ANSA , HyperMesh , and SpaceClaim Run simulations using ANSYS , Abaqus , and/or Nastran Interpret simulation results and provide actionable design feedback Collaborate with design, testing, and engineering teams to support development Prepare detailed reports and documentation of analysis work Work in rotational shifts as required by project timelines Skills Required: Proficiency in pre-processing tools : ANSA, HyperMesh, SpaceClaim Experience with solvers : ANSYS, Abaqus, Nastran Strong fundamentals in mechanical engineering and FEA principles Ability to work independently and within a team environment Good communication and reporting skills Qualifications: B.Tech / M.Tech in Mechanical , Production , Aerospace , or Automotive Engineering Prior experience in automotive, aerospace, or heavy industry domains preferred Knowledge of scripting languages (Python, APDL) is a plus Show more Show less
