Job Description

As a National Sales Manager at our company, your role will involve engaging with CXO level executives and acquiring Fortune 500 clients across India. Your primary responsibilities will include developing and implementing effective sales strategies, conducting market research to identify new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with key customers and partners. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve organizational sales objectives. - Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities, emerging trends, and competitor activities. - Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders to drive customer satisfaction, retention, and loyalty. - Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and plans to ensure adequate resources are allocated to meet sales targets and business objectives. - Monitor sales performance, analyze sales data, and identify areas for improvement. Implement corrective actions as necessary to ensure sales goals are achieved. - Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and market developments to effectively promote and sell company products and services. - Work closely with cross-functional teams such as marketing, product development, and customer service to ensure alignment and synergy in achieving business goals. - Prepare regular reports and presentations on sales performance, market trends, and business opportunities for senior management and other stakeholders. - Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements in all sales activities. Qualifications Required: - Proven track record of success in sales management. - Prior experience in closing large deals. - CXO engagement experience. - Excellent presentation skills. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies. - Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
