Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a National Sales Manager located in Delhi, India. The National Sales Manager will oversee business planning, lead account management efforts, drive sales growth, manage budgets, and lead a team of professionals. The role involves developing strategies, building client relationships, achieving revenue targets, and fostering a high-performance sales culture.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Business Planning and strategic decision-making
• Strong skills in Account Management and building long-term client relationships
• Extensive experience in Sales and achieving revenue growth
• Effective Team Management abilities to lead and mentor a sales team
• Proficiency in Budgeting and managing financial plans
• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)
