National Sales Manager

As an experienced Sales Manager in the Food Industry with a minimum of 4 years of experience in Food Ingredients Sales, your role will involve the following responsibilities: - Supervising the sales team to ensure efficient operations and fostering long-term client relationships. - Leading a nationwide sales team to meet and exceed sales targets. - Conducting research to identify potential customers and explore new market opportunities. - Collaborating with the marketing team to plan and execute local sales promotions. - Driving the expansion of CSD sales within the designated market. - Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to increase market share and profitability in alignment with the Annual Business Plan. - Working towards cost reduction while maintaining product quality standards. - Focusing on exploring new channels such as Institutions and Modern Trade to enhance distribution, visibility, and sales volume. - Conducting regular commercial reviews with the Commercial Manager to ensure profitability and manage working capital effectively, including debtors. - Generating monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts to drive business growth. - Analyzing stock movement and availability to optimize inventory management. - Demonstrating strong communication and team management skills to lead the sales team effectively. - Building and nurturing successful relationships with large, distributed customers. - Ensuring timely updates of sales Management Information System (MIS) and providing daily reports to the reporting officer. - Compiling and analyzing sales figures regularly to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
