National Sales Manager

As an experienced professional in the Food Industry with a minimum of 4 years of experience in Food Ingredients Sales, you will have the following key responsibilities: - Supervise the sales team and cultivate long-term client relationships. - Lead nationwide sales team members to successfully achieve sales targets. - Research and identify potential new customers and explore new market opportunities. - Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute local sales promotions effectively. - Drive the expansion of CSD sales. - Develop and implement impactful sales strategies to increase market share and profitability as per the Annual Business Plan (ABP). - Focus on exploring new channels such as Institutions and Modern Trade to enhance Distribution, Visibility, and volumes. - Conduct regular commercial reviews with the Commercial Manager to ensure profitability and efficient working capital management, including debtors. - Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts. - Analyze stock movement and availability to optimize product development. - Exhibit strong communication and team management skills. - Foster and maintain successful relationships with large, distributed customers. - Ensure timely updating of sales MIS and provide daily updates to the reporting officer. - Compile and analyze sales figures regularly to track performance and trends.
