• 815 years of experience in sales, with at least 5+ years in a senior leadership role managing national or zonal teams.
• Masters degree in business, Marketing, or related field.
• Proven track record in channel sales, key account management, and GTM execution.
• Strong understanding of sales forecasting, budgeting, and performance management.
• Develop and implement national sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
• Lead and manage regional sales teams across multiple zones to deliver top-line and bottom-line targets.
• Monitor and track performance against KPIs, sales forecasts, and revenue targets.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, channel partners, and distributors.
• Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, finance, and product teams to ensure alignment and smooth execution of GTM strategies.
• Drive salesforce automation, analytics, and reporting to improve productivity and visibility.
• Oversee sales planning, budgeting, and resource allocation at the national level.
• Analyse market trends, customer behaviour, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
• Ensure effective implementation of trade promotions, pricing strategies, and channel programs.
• Lead, coach, and develop the sales team to enhance capabilities and performance.
• Manage and optimize PnL responsibilities for the sales function.
