Key Responsibilities: Sales Development & GTM Execution: Design and implement Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies tailored to regional and national markets. Drive sales growth in the General Trade (GT) channel by optimizing distribution, visibility, and retail penetration. Align with the national and regional sales teams to roll out effective sales development initiatives. Identify and activate growth opportunities through focused channel development and coverage expansion. Trade Marketing: Develop and execute trade marketing plans to increase product visibility and support sales teams. Coordinate national and local market activation programs to enhance brand presence at the retail level. Own the planning and execution of in-store promotions, trade schemes, merchandising, and POSM strategies. Data-Driven Sales Insights: Use sales data and analytics to identify gaps, monitor performance, and suggest actionable improvements. Collaborate with analytics and field sales teams to track KPIs and fine-tune market strategies. Provide strategic input for sales forecasting, territory planning, and channel performance tracking. Market Intelligence & Launch Readiness: Gather and interpret market insights, competitor data, and consumer trends to drive commercial decisions. Play a key role in ensuring successful product launches by aligning go-to-market plans, trade readiness, and field force preparedness. Optimize and streamline distribution and channel efficiency to gain a competitive edge in key markets. Key Requirements: 8–15 years of experience in Sales Development, Trade Marketing, or GTM roles, preferably in FMCG, Consumer Goods, or Retail. Master’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field. Proven experience in General Trade channel development and managing national-level initiatives. Strong understanding of trade dynamics, distributor management, and salesforce alignment. Data-savvy with hands-on experience in using analytics to guide field execution. Excellent communication, cross-functional coordination, and project management skills. Willingness to travel across markets as needed.
