National Sales Manager

Job Summary:

A highly driven and strategic professional responsible for overseeing and directing the sales operations of the company across India. The NSM will be accountable for achieving revenue targets, expanding market share, managing a national sales team, and aligning sales strategies with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive national sales strategy across all channels (Retail, Wholesale, Institutional, Online).
• Monitor sales performance and ensure achievement of revenue targets.
• Lead and guide the sales team; set KPIs and review performance.
• Explore new markets, clients, and growth opportunities.
• Coordinate with marketing for product launches and promotions.
• Negotiate with key accounts, distributors, and LFRs.
• Track market trends and competitor activities.
• Forecast sales and align with production planning.
• Manage budgets, pricing, and discount structures.
• Ensure compliance and maintain customer satisfaction.
