Role Description

We are expanding our technology operations and looking for an IT / EDP Executive who can enhance system efficiency, ensure smooth IT operations, and support SAP end users across departments.

Qualifications:

BCA / MCA / IT Graduate

Location:

Ludhiana

Experience:

2-3 Years

Key Responsibilities :

Provide SAP end-user support, troubleshoot issues, and escalate technical problems when required.
Perform basic configuration, coordinate with internal and external technical teams.
Conduct user training sessions to improve system understanding and adoption.
Oversee system maintenance, routine monitoring, and ensure adherence to IT/EDP processes.
Maintain data accuracy, generate reports, and support day-to-day IT operations.
Ensure continuous uptime, diagnose recurring issues, and implement improvements a plus.
