The NSM will be accountable for achieving revenue targets, expanding market share, managing a national sales team, and aligning sales strategies with business goals. Experience: 12 to 15 Years Qualifications: Excellent communication skills Experience in market research and sales Strong marketing strategy skills Customer service oriented Master's / Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field Experience with data analysis and digital marketing is a plus Key Responsibilities: Drive national sales strategy across all channels (Retail, Wholesale, Institutional, Online). Monitor sales performance and ensure achievement of revenue targets. Lead and guide the sales team; set KPIs and review performance. Explore new markets, clients, and growth opportunities. Coordinate with marketing for product launches and promotions. Negotiate with key accounts, distributors, and LFRs. Track market trends and competitor activities. Forecast sales and align with production planning. Manage budgets, pricing, and discount structures. Ensure compliance and maintain customer satisfaction.
