Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain computer systems, servers, and network infrastructure.
Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software applications.
Ensure data security and backup processes are implemented effectively.
Provide technical support to employees and resolve IT-related issues promptly.
Monitor system performance and implement upgrades when necessary.
Coordinate with vendors for procurement and maintenance of IT equipment.
Maintain documentation of IT assets and processes.
Support ERP systems and assist in IT-related projects.

Required Skills:

Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows/Linux) and networking.
Familiarity with ERP systems and database management.
Ability to diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues.
Good understanding of cybersecurity practices.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments.
Knowledge of cloud services and virtualization.
