Roles & Responsibilities: Provide day-to-day IT support across all hospital departments. Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and peripherals. Maintain and monitor LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, and firewall systems. Ensure smooth functioning of HIS/EMR and other hospital software applications. Perform OS installation, updates, antivirus management, and regular backups. Manage email setups, user accounts, password resets, and access permissions. Prioritize and resolve IT-related issues raised by hospital staff. Coordinate with external vendors for hardware replacements, AMC, and technical escalations. Maintain IT asset inventory, software licenses, repair logs, and documentation. Support server maintenance, network upgrades, and new system implementations. Required Skill Set: Strong knowledge of LAN/WAN, cabling, switches, routers, and Wi-Fi setup. Good understanding of hardware troubleshooting and system maintenance. Basic expertise in Windows OS, software installation, antivirus, and MS Office. Ability to handle printers, scanners, and biometric devices. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure in a hospital environment. Good communication and coordination skills.
