National Sales Head

As the National Head of Sales for the Lending Business division, you will be responsible for leading our microfinance loan sales team nationwide. Your role will involve developing and implementing strategic sales plans, identifying market trends, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets. You will also be tasked with leading and mentoring a large sales team, managing key accounts, and expanding our business into new regions and markets. Your key responsibilities will include strategic planning, team leadership, sales management, business development, and operational oversight. You will be responsible for setting clear performance objectives for your team, fostering a positive and high-performance culture, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies. Additionally, you will collaborate with other departments to support sales initiatives and align sales strategies. The ideal candidate for this role will have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field, with at least 15-20 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the microfinance or financial services industry. You should have a proven track record of successfully leading large sales teams, strong understanding of microfinance products and services, and excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. The ability to travel extensively and proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite are also required for this position.
