Job Description

As National Head , you ll be the business custodian for the luxury business across all regions, responsible for scaling operations, driving revenue, and owning the P&L. This is a high-impact leadership role demanding strong business acumen, operational excellence, and people leadership. We're looking for someone who can think strategically, execute swiftly, and scale sustainably all while staying aligned with our purpose-driven, fitness-first culture.


  • P&L Ownership & Unit Economics:

    Full ownership of the national P&L. Deeply understand and optimize unit economics, pricing strategies, and cost structures to ensure profitability and scalability.

  • Business Growth & Expansion:

    Lead market expansion, drive revenue growth, and identify new business opportunities. Build and execute growth strategies tailored for both mature and emerging regions.

  • Team & Leadership:

    Manage, mentor, and inspire large cross-functional teams, including city/region heads, ops, sales, cx and fitness professionals. Create a performance-driven, collaborative environment.

  • Operational Excellence:

    Build robust processes and systems to ensure seamless daily operations. Use data to drive decisions, measure performance, and improve service quality.

  • Thrive in ambiguity. Break down complex challenges, identify root causes, and implement effective, scalable solutions quickly.

  • Culture & Values:

    Be a culture carrier who leads by example. Promote our mission, values, and a strong sense of community both internally and externally


Skills Required


  • 10+ years of experience in business leadership roles, ideally with exposure to high-growth startups, consumer brands, hospitality services or the fitness/wellness industry.

  • Strong experience in P&L management, operations, and team leadership at scale.

  • Demonstrated ability to build and scale teams across geographies.

  • Analytical and data-driven decision-making skills with a strong bias for action.

  • Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management abilities.

  • Passion for fitness, wellness, or building a mission-driven consumer brand is a big plus.

  • Hustle mindset, yet strategic in approach you know when to zoom in and when to zoom out.

  • MBA or equivalent degree is preferred but not mandatory.

  • Prior experience in fitness, health-tech, D2C, or service-led consumer businesses will be a strong advantage.
