About the Role

Key Responsibilities

1. National Partnership & Alliance Development

• Build and lead national-level partnerships with hospitals, labs, nursing homes, dental chains, dialysis centers, and teaching hospitals.
  
• Drive strategic alliances to enable student internships and placements.
  
• Lead discussions, negotiations, and closures of MOUs with key stakeholders across regions.
  

2. Regional Leadership & Coordination

• Manage and mentor regional teams to ensure consistent achievement of partnership goals.
  
• Align regional placement efforts with overall national objectives.
  
• Conduct regular reviews and field visits to monitor performance and relationship health.
  

3. Industry Networking & Representation

• Represent the organization at healthcare industry events, seminars, and conferences.
  
• Build and strengthen relationships with hospital administrators, HR heads, and training departments to enhance visibility and collaboration.
  

4. Placement Strategy & Execution

• Coordinate with internal placement and academic teams to align student readiness with industry expectations.
  
• Ensure seamless execution of internship and placement processes across partner institutions.
  

5. Reporting & Compliance

• Maintain comprehensive national-level data on alliances, placements, and MOUs.
  
• Provide periodic reports and insights on industry trends, partnership status, and strategic outcomes.
  

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in

  Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Marketing, or a related field

  .

• 8–12 years of experience

  in strategic partnerships, alliances, or institutional business development — preferably in the

  healthcare or edtech sector

  .
• Strong professional network across hospitals, clinics, and laboratories.
  
• Proven experience in managing

  multi-regional or national-level partnerships

  .
• Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
  
• Willingness to

  travel extensively

  across India.
