What we are looking for:

Account Manager to support our Managed Service Provider (MSP) client, TPG. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations through the Vendor Management System (VMS), coordinating closely with MSP program managers, and ensuring seamless execution of the end-to-end recruiting and delivery process.

This role requires exceptional communication, multitasking, and stakeholder management skills to ensure timely submissions, candidate updates, and compliance with client-specific processes.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all MSP-related activities with TPG.
  • Manage the Vendor Management System (VMS) -including job requisitions, candidate submissions, interview scheduling, onboarding, and reporting.
  • Collaborate closely with MSP program managers, recruiting teams, and internal delivery leads to ensure SLA adherence and process compliance.
  • Track and monitor all requisitions, candidate pipelines, interview schedules, and hiring decisions.
  • Provide timely updates and ensure transparency across recruiting and delivery teams.
  • Review job descriptions and align recruiting priorities with MSP expectations and client needs.
  • Partner with internal recruiting and delivery teams to improve submission quality, turnaround time, and candidate experience.
  • Escalate and resolve any issues impacting delivery or client satisfaction.
  • Generate regular performance reports and share insights to support data-driven decision-making.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience managing MSP accounts or working within an MSP delivery model.
  • Strong working knowledge of VMS tools (such as Beeline, Fieldglass, Wand, IQNavigator, or similar).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders
  • effectively.
  • Thorough understanding of the end-to-end recruiting lifecycle, from requisition to onboarding.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.


Preferred Qualifications:

 Prior experience managing IT staffing or professional services accounts.

 Experience with reporting, analytics, and MSP scorecard management.

 Ability to collaborate effectively with global delivery teams (onshore/offshore).
