Job Title: Associate - Enterprise Content Management (ECM) Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Associate specializing in Enterprise Content Management (ECM) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in installation, migration, and upgrade processes, particularly in Oracle Fusion Middleware and related systems. You will be responsible for leading the design and implementation of Oracle ECM solutions, ensuring they align with business needs, and optimizing document management processes. Key Responsibilities Lead the design, implementation, configuration, and customization of Oracle WebCenter Content, ECM solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements. Develop and optimize enterprise content management, document repositories, and metadata structures within Oracle applications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Oracle Fusion Middleware (ECM, UCM, IPM, WFR) with other systems and third-party applications. Analyze business needs and processes, translating them into functional requirements and technical designs. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to Oracle UCM, ECM, IPM, and WFR to ensure optimal system performance. Provide expert advice on content migration from legacy systems to new applications, including user documentation to ensure effective system utilization. Plan and implement installations in support of Oracle Fusion Middleware, WebCenter Content, and Enterprise Content Management systems. Integrate UCM/IPM with Oracle Document Capture and WFR for seamless data management. Offer guidance and support in solution implementations, data migrations, interfaces, conversions, and enhancements of Oracle application modules. Required Skills And Experience Proven experience in the installation, migration, and upgrade of ECM systems. Strong expertise in Oracle Fusion Middleware, WebCenter Content, and related ECM systems. In-depth knowledge of Oracle UCM, ECM, IPM, and WFR. Experience in integrating UCM/IPM with Oracle Document Capture and WFR. Excellent understanding of service-oriented architecture and middleware technologies. Extensive experience with solution implementations, data migrations, and enhancements of Oracle application modules. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to translate business needs into functional requirements and technical designs. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Preferred Qualifications Experience with Oracle ECM, UCM, WFR, IPM with third-party application integration. Certification in Oracle Fusion Middleware or ECM, UCM.
