We are looking for professionals with strong experience in end-to-end mortgage underwriting and quality checks. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience reviewing loan files and ensuring accuracy, compliance, and adherence to underwriting guidelines.

Responsibilities:

• Perform quality checks on complete underwriting files to ensure compliance and data accuracy

• Review loan applications, credit reports, income documents, and financial statements

• Identify risks, discrepancies, and documentation gaps, and provide findings to stakeholders

• Maintain detailed and accurate records for audit and reporting purposes

• Ensure adherence to underwriting standards, policies, and regulatory requirements

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support process improvements and best practices

Mandatory Skills:

• Strong experience in QC for Mortgage Underwriting

• Proven knowledge of Originations process

• Ability to review and analyze credit, income, and asset documents

• Excellent analytical ability and attention to detail

• Good verbal and written communication skills

• Experience working with underwriting tools or systems

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of mortgage loan products and risk assessment parameters

• Familiarity with compliance and regulatory standards in mortgage underwriting

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-precision environment

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance / business administration / related field

• Certifications in underwriting or risk management are an added advantage
