Role Overview: As a Mortgage Underwriter, your main responsibility will be to evaluate and underwrite loan applications to assess creditworthiness and ensure compliance with established standards. You will need to analyze financial data, review credit reports, identify risk factors, and make well-informed underwriting decisions. Additionally, it will be essential for you to maintain accurate documentation and provide recommendations to facilitate the loan approval processes effectively.
