As a Monday.com Implementation Sales Specialist at TransFunnel Consulting in Jaipur, you will play a crucial role in driving B2B sales opportunities for Monday.com implementation and automation services. Your responsibilities will include: - Identifying and generating new sales leads - Engaging with clients to understand their business processes and requirements - Conducting product demos and presentations - Managing the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closure - Collaborating with implementation and marketing automation teams - Building and maintaining strong client relationships - Achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets - Staying updated on CRM and automation tools within the Monday.com ecosystem To excel in this role, you will need: - A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field - 4+ years of B2B sales experience in CRM, SaaS, or marketing automation - Strong understanding of sales funnels and client onboarding - Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills - Experience in managing enterprise or mid-market clients - Familiarity with Monday.com or similar tools - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment Nice to have skills include hands-on experience in Monday.com setup, customization, or integration, as well as knowledge of HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Salesforce, or similar tools.
