About the Role

Mobility Operations Team Lead

Key Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and manage the mobility operations team, including drivers and support staff.
Plan daily driver schedules, vehicle assignments, and optimize fleet utilization.
Handle escalations and ensure timely resolution of operational or customer issues.
Monitor driver and team performance, implement corrective actions, and improve efficiency.
Support sales teams by managing vehicle referrals and availability.
Oversee vehicle maintenance, servicing, key handover, and return processes.
Maintain accurate car data, usage reports, and MIS for management.
Ensure timely collection of payments and compliance with operational policies.
Identify gaps in operations and contribute to process improvement initiatives.

Must Have Skills-:

Team Management
proven experience in leading driver/support teams.
Escalation Handling
ability to resolve operational and customer issues quickly.
Fleet & Vehicle Management
knowledge of car maintenance, servicing, and key management.
Excel & MIS Reporting
– strong proficiency in MS Excel for reports and data tracking.
Payment Collection
– hands-on experience in cash/online payment handling.
Performance Monitoring
– ability to track driver and team KPIs.
Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications-

Graduation .

Experience

3–5 years of experience in operations or mobility/fleet management roles.
Proven experience in team management, handling escalations, and process improvement
