MIS Manager

Key responsibilities

• System management: Oversee the development, maintenance, and enhancement of the company's Management Information Systems (MIS) infrastructure.
• Data management: Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and security of data across all reporting platforms and systems.
• Reporting and analysis: Develop, monitor, and analyze reports from various data sources (like sales, inventory, or financial metrics) to identify trends and support decision-making.
• Collaboration: Work with various departments to understand their data and reporting needs and to implement effective solutions.
• Technical leadership: Provide technical expertise, manage IT projects, and stay current with new technology trends to advise on suitable systems for the organization.
• Team leadership: Manage and train IT staff, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to use MIS tools effectively and adhere to organizational policies.
• Problem-solving: Monitor and troubleshoot issues within the MIS system to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Skills and qualifications

• Strong understanding of MIS, databases, and relevant software
• Excellent data analysis and interpretation skills, with knowledge of statistical theory.
• Leadership and people management skills.
• Strong communication skills to present data-driven insights to management and other employees.
• Project management skills, including planning and budget management.
• Knowledge of data security principles and practices.
• Document Drafting Skills

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
