Open Position: MIS Executive

Location: Malad (West), Mumbai

Experience: 1 to 5 Years

Qualification: Any Graduate

We are hiring only Mumbai based Candidates.

We are 6 days working: Monday to Saturday

• Data Management: Collecting, organizing, and managing data from various sources within the organization, including databases, spreadsheets, and software applications.
• Data Analysis: Analysis of data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can be used to make strategic business decisions.
• Reporting: Creating reports and dashboards to present data and information in a format that is easy to understand for decision-makers.
• Database Management: Maintaining and updating databases, ensuring data accuracy, and optimizing data storage and retrieval.
• Software Proficiency: Proficiency in using software and tools for data analysis and reporting, such as Microsoft Excel, SQL databases, and business intelligence software.
• Data Visualization: Using data visualization tools to create charts, graphs, and visual representations of data for better understanding and communication.
• IT Support: Providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users when dealing with data-related issues.
• Data Security: Ensuring the security and privacy of data by implementing and maintaining data protection measures and access controls.
• System Integration: Integrating data from various systems and sources to create a unified view of the organization's data.
• Custom Reporting: Designing and developing custom reports to meet the specific needs of different departments or teams within the organization.
• Strategic Decision Support: Collaborating with management to provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support strategic decision-making.
  

Mandatory Skills:-

• Knowledge of Google Sheets, Google Apps Script, JavaScript and Looker Studio.
  

Preferred Skills:-

• Knowledge of dashboard creations MIS report preparation.
• Knowledge of V lookup, H lookup, and Pivot Tables.
• Candidates should have excellent communication skills and should be well-versed in MS Office.
