Prepare and issue job cards for Cutting, Sewing, and Packing using Excel.
Prepare and issue fabric requisitions to the Fabric Store Department using Excel.
Prepare and issue trims requisitions to the Fabric Store Department via ERP.
Prepare and issue cutting plans table-wise based on fabric availability using Excel.
Follow up on actual production from Cutting, Sewing, and Packing every 2 hours and update the data in Excel.
Inform the HOD of any discrepancies in production (Target vs. Actual).
Prepare Monthly MIS reports detailing daily, weekly, and monthly production (Target vs. Actual) for all Cutting, Sewing, and Packing operations.
