Job Description

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical MIS Executive to support data management, reporting, and performance tracking activities. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Microsoft Excel, a good understanding of data accuracy standards, and an aptitude for working with numbers.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain, update, and manage MIS reports and dashboards on a daily/weekly/monthly basis
Collect, validate, and analyze data from various sources to support business decisions
Develop and automate Excel-based reports to improve efficiency and accuracy
Prepare KPI metrics, performance trend analysis, and operational reports
Ensure data integrity and quality while generating critical reports
Coordinate with internal teams to gather report requirements and ensure timely delivery
Assist in ad-hoc analysis and reporting requirements as needed

Required Qualifications

Bachelors Degree in any stream (Commerce/Science/Engineering preferred)
2 - 5 years of experience in MIS Reporting, Data Analysis, or similar roles
Strong proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Charts, Formulas, etc.)
Good numerical aptitude and attention to detail
Strong communication and time-management skills

Key Competencies

Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work with large sets of data
Ownership and accountability in meeting reporting timelines
Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment

Contract Duration

6 Months (extendable based on performance and business requirement)
