Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain MIS reports and dashboards as per business requirements.
Collect, consolidate, and analyze data from various sources to support business operations.
Ensure timely and accurate data entry and reporting to management.
Coordinate with various departments to gather data and ensure seamless information flow.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports and presentations.
Maintain and update internal databases and filing systems.
Assist in audit documentation and compliance reporting.
Support administrative tasks and scheduling for operational efficiency.

Key Skills Required:

Strong proficiency in
MS Excel
(VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros, etc.)
Familiarity with
PowerPoint
and
Word
Basic understanding of
data analytics
and business reporting
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and coordination abilities
Attention to detail and ability to multitask

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelors degree in
Commerce, Business Administration, IT
, or related field
13 years of experience in MIS, data entry, coordination, or similar role
Experience in manufacturing or logistics industries (preferred)
Knowledge of ERP systems or database software is a plus
