Job Description

Position Overview:

Responsible for preparing, analyzing, and maintaining MIS reports for the Collections department. Supports field collections teams, tracks portfolio performance, and ensures data accuracy for management decisions.

Role & responsibilities

Reporting & Data Management

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly
collections MIS reports
(DPD, Bucket Movement, Roll Rates, Bounce Analysis, Recovery Performance).
Maintain
portfolio ageing
, delinquency trends, and region-wise performance.
Track
NPA movement
and write-off portfolios.

2. System & Process Management

Update collection entries in LMS / Core HFC system.
Coordinate with IT and Ops teams for data corrections or system enhancements.

3. Performance Tracking

Monitor
collection efficiency
, tele-calling productivity, feet-on-street productivity.
Track
agency allocation, capacity planning, and utilization
.
Evaluate
team performance
, generate dashboards for management.

4. Compliance & Quality

Ensure compliance with
RBI/HFC regulatory norms
for reporting.
Maintain audit-ready documentation.
Support internal and external audits (statutory, compliance).

5. Business Support

Provide insights for portfolio improvement.
Identify high-risk accounts or geographies.
Help optimize recovery strategy using data-driven insights.
