MIS Executive

We are looking for a MIS (Management Information Systems) Executive manages and maintains an organization's information systems to support business operations and decision-making. They are responsible for the implementation, maintenance, and development of these systems, including computer hardware, software, and data management. This involves data analysis, report generation, system troubleshooting, and ensuring data accuracy and integrity.  Company Overview:       Company Overview: The Keys was founded by Gursimar Bindra in May 2010 with the aim of matching the right  buyer with the right seller. Associated & working successfully with the most prime & the best developers of the   world from UAE, Delhi NCR, Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh, Punjab, Himachal & Goa.   Key Responsibilities:  System Management: Overseeing and maintaining the organization's MIS infrastructure, including hardware, software, and databases.   Data Management: Collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data from various sources to generate reports and provide insights.  Report Generation: Creating regular and ad-hoc reports for management to support decision-making, often utilizing tools like Excel.  Data Accuracy and Integrity: Implementing procedures to ensure data quality and consistency within the MIS.  Collaboration and Communication: Working with different departments to understand their needs and provide them with the necessary information and support.  Security and Backup: Ensuring data security, implementing backup and recovery plans, and maintaining system security measures.  Staying Updated: Keeping up with the latest technologies and trends in MIS to improve the organization's systems and processes. CRM System Management: Implementing, configuring, and maintaining the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.  Customer Data Analysis: Analyzing customer data to identify trends, segment customers, and personalize interactions.  Strategy Development: Developing and implementing strategies to improve customer satisfaction, retention, and loyalty.  Collaboration: Working with sales, marketing, and other teams to align customer-facing efforts and improve the customer journey.  Communication: Effectively communicating with customers and internal teams to resolve issues and improve processes.  Problem Solving: Identifying and resolving customer issues, complaints, and technical problems.  Reporting and Analysis: Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer satisfaction, retention, and revenue.    Skills Required:    Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and generate meaningful reports.    Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to information systems.    Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical staff.     Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, and meet deadlines.    Advanced Excel Skills: Proficiency in using Excel for data analysis, report generation, and data management.     Project Management Skills: MIS Executive plays a critical role in ensuring that an organization's information systems effectively support its business goals.     Proficiency in CRM software and related tools. Strong organizational and time management skills.
