Job Summary for HR:
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced HR Manager to manage our human resources functions. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing HR support to employees, management, and the organization as a whole.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment and Selection:
- Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and candidate selection.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
2. Employee Onboarding:
- Develop and implement an effective onboarding process for new employees.
- Ensure that all necessary paperwork and documentation are completed.
3. Employee Relations:
- Provide guidance and support to employees and management on HR-related matters.
- Investigate and resolve employee complaints and grievances.
4. Benefits Administration:
- Manage employee benefits,
- Ensure compliance with benefits-related laws and regulations.
5. Performance Management:
- Develop and implement performance management processes and procedures.
- Provide guidance and support to employees and management on performance-related matters.
6. Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, including but not limited to employment standards, health and safety, and human rights.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance.
7. Reporting and Analytics:
- Prepare and submit HR-related reports and analytics to management.
- Provide insights and recommendations to inform business decisions.
8. Special Projects:
- Participate in special projects, such as employee engagement initiatives, diversity and inclusion programs, and other HR-related projects.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related field.
- 2+ years of experience in an HR manager role.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
