Job Summary for HR: We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced HR Manager to manage our human resources functions. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing HR support to employees, management, and the organization as a whole. Key Responsibilities: 1. Performance Management: - Develop and implement performance management processes and procedures. - Provide guidance and support to employees and management on performance-related matters. 6. Compliance: - Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, including but not limited to employment standards, health and safety, and human rights. - Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance. 7. Reporting and Analytics: - Prepare and submit HR-related reports and analytics to management. - Provide insights and recommendations to inform business decisions. 8. Special Projects: - Participate in special projects, such as employee engagement initiatives, diversity and inclusion programs, and other HR-related projects. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related field. - 2+years of experience in an HR Manager role. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. - Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. - Proficient in HRIS systems and Microsoft Excel.
