Job Description

Key Responsibilities: 1. Accounting and Financial Reporting: - Manage and maintain accurate financial records. - Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. - Ensure compliance with accounting standards, laws, and regulatory requirements. 2. Salary Management: - Manage payroll processing, including salary payments, benefits, and deductions. - Ensure timely and accurate payment of salaries to employees. 3. Bill Payments and Accounts Payable: - Manage accounts payable, including processing and payment of bills, invoices, and other expenses. - Ensure timely payment of bills to avoid late fees and penalties. 4. Accounts Receivable: - Manage accounts receivable, including tracking and collection of payments from tenants, clients, or other parties. - Ensure accurate and timely recording of receipts and payments. 5. General Ledger Maintenance: - Maintain and update the general ledger, ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial data. - Reconcile accounts, identify and correct discrepancies, and implement corrective actions. 6. Financial Analysis and Reporting: - Prepare financial analysis and reports, including variance analysis, budget vs. actuals, and other ad-hoc reports. - Provide financial insights and recommendations to management. 7. Compliance and Audit: - Ensure compliance with accounting standards, laws, and regulatory requirements. - Collaborate with external auditors during audits, providing necessary documentation and support.
