Job Description

Role Overview: MIS Executive will handle company data and reporting using Advanced Excel, Google Sheets, and internal systems like FMS & IMS. This role is responsible for daily report updates, checklist monitoring, maintaining data accuracy, and providing technology support to the team. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and maintain Daily/Weekly/Monthly MIS Reports Manage and update FMS (Field Management System) and IMS (Inventory/Information Management System) Create and track Checklists for daily operations and audit compliance Use Google Sheets for live tracking, formulas, and shared reporting Advanced Excel report automation using VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Table, Power Query, Data Validation Coordinate with teams to collect data and ensure accuracy before submission Extract data from systems for performance analysis and decision-making Monitor system issues/errors and coordinate with software vendors for resolution Maintain data backup, documentation, and user support Required Skills & Qualifications: Graduate in IT / Commerce / Any stream with analytical thinking Strong knowledge of: Google Sheets – Shared Sheets, Import Range, Query, Basic App Scripts (preferred) MS Excel Advanced FMS / IMS / ERP tools (Training will be provided if required) Good understanding of IT & systems handling Soft Skills Fast learner with problem-solving attitude Strong communication & teamwork Ability to manage workload and deadlines High level of accuracy & confidentiality in data handling
