Job Roles & Responsibilities 1️ Data Management & Reporting Collect, process, and maintain large sets of data from multiple sources. Prepare daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports for management review. Ensure accuracy and completeness of data before reporting. Maintain databases and perform routine data audits. 2️ Dashboard & Analytics Create interactive dashboards using Excel, Power BI, Google Data Studio, etc. Analyze business performance trends and share insights for decision-making. Develop automated reporting systems to improve efficiency. 3️ CRM / ERP Management Monitor data entries and data flow in CRM/ERP systems. Ensure proper usage of the system across departments. Troubleshoot CRM data-related issues and coordinate with IT if needed. 4️ Performance Monitoring Track productivity, KPIs, and department-wise performance. Share variance reports and improvement suggestions to stakeholders. Support sales, operations, and finance teams with customized data reports. 5️ Documentation & Compliance Maintain up-to-date documentation of MIS processes and SOPs. Ensure data security, confidentiality, and compliance with standards. 6️ Coordination & Support Coordinate with various teams to gather data requirements. Provide training to team members on reporting tools/processes. Support management with ad-hoc analytical requirements. Preferred Skills Advanced Excel: VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Power Query, Macros Systems Knowledge: CRM, ERP, SQL (basic), Power BI/Tableau Analytical thinking & strong attention to detail Good communication and coordination skills Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹10,493.94 - ₹29,451.50 per month Work Location: In person
