Key Responsibilities
1. Collect, organize, and analyze data from multiple departments to identify trends and support decision-making.
2. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports on sales, operations, performance, and KPIs.
3. Maintain and update company databases, spreadsheets, and dashboards with accurate data.
4. Develop and enhance internal systems or reporting processes to improve efficiency.
5. Work closely with various teams to understand reporting needs and provide analytical support.
6. Automate routine tasks and create efficient reporting tools using Excel formulas, macros, and scripts.
7. Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across all MIS reports.
Required Skills:
1. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros), SQL.
2. Excellent data analysis and problem-solving skills.
3. Good verbal and written communication skills.
4. Strong attention to detail and high accuracy in reporting.
5. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
6. Team-coordination abilities are an added advantage.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Statistics, Commerce, or any related field.
2. Experience in MIS, data analysis, or similar roles is preferred.
