About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented MIS Executive to manage data, generate business reports, and support management with accurate and timely information. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, hands-on experience in Excel/Google Sheets, and good understanding of reporting dashboards.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports.
• Collect, validate, organize, and analyze data from various internal systems.
• Prepare dashboards, pivot tables, charts, and summary presentations for management.
• Automate repetitive reports using Excel formulas, macros, or Google Sheets tools.
• Coordinate with internal teams (Operations, HR, Finance, Sales) to ensure accurate data flow.
• Track KPIs, performance metrics, and highlight deviations/trends.
• Generate ad-hoc reports based on business requirements.
• Ensure data accuracy, confidentiality, and timely reporting.
• Support process improvement and reporting automation initiatives.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong command over MS Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Table, Pivot Chart, IF statements, Conditional Formatting, Data Validation).
• Knowledge of Google Sheets, basic SQL (optional but preferred).
• Experience in preparing MIS dashboards.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage timelines and work on multiple reports simultaneously.

Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Computer Applications, or equivalent.
• Certifications in Excel/Data Analysis will be an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
