MIS Executive

1. Data Management & ReportingCollect, compile, and maintain data from multiple departments (Sales, HR, Production, Accounts, Marketing). Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management. Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely updates. Maintain master data (customers, vendors, employees, products, pricing). 2. Excel & Dashboard ManagementCreate and manage Excel-based dashboards using: VLOOKUP / XLOOKUP Pivot Tables IF, COUNTIF, SUMIF Conditional formatting Automate reports wherever possible to reduce manual work. Track KPIs, targets vs achievements, and performance metrics. 3. Sales & Marketing MISTrack: Leads received, allocated, and converted Sales targets vs actual sales ASM/RSM/Telecaller performance Generate campaign performance reports (Meta Ads, Google Ads, WhatsApp campaigns). Maintain dealer/distributor sales data and market-wise analysis. 4. HR & Attendance MISMaintain employee attendance, leave records, and overtime data. Prepare HR reports: Headcount Attrition Salary & incentive sheets (as required) Support HR audits and compliance data requirements. 5. Coordination & CommunicationCoordinate with different departments to collect required data. Share reports with management and department heads. Highlight gaps, delays, or data mismatches proactively. 6. Data Analysis & InsightsAnalyze trends and patterns in sales, operations, or HR data. Identify performance gaps and improvement areas. Provide actionable insights, not just raw numbers. 7. Documentation & Record KeepingMaintain proper documentation of reports and formats. Version control of reports and dashboards. Ensure data confidentiality and security. 8. System & Tool SupportWork with ERP/CRM tools. Support implementation of new MIS formats or systems. Assist in audits and management reviews.
