Key Responsibilities (KRAs):
- Perform backend data processing and ensure timely updates in MIS systems.
- Manage inventory and SNS tracking for operational efficiency.
- Handle claims processing with accuracy and compliance.
- Support Sales HR operations, including attendance tracking and salary processing.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports for management review.
- Perform data analysis and data crunching to provide actionable insights.
Must-Have Skills:
- Excellent Excel skills (advanced formulas, pivot tables, macros).
- Ability to create and manage dashboards for reporting.
- Strong data analysis and data crunching capabilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
Qualifications:
- Graduate in any discipline (preferably with specialization in MIS, Data Analytics, or related field).
- 3–5 years of relevant industry experience in MIS or data management roles.
